SHIPPING INFORMATION
LMI Global primarily uses FedEx Express Priority, Standard, and Economy for its shipments unless otherwise agreed with prior. Each shipment is professionally package and shipped in accordance to not only FedEx shipping guidelines but allows rigorous internal guidelines to make sure each package arrives to your destination safe and secure. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments will be insured for the full value of the items being shipped. It is better safe than sorry and even provided that we take special care in packaging our shipments most major carriers will still lose shipments.

LMI Global can and does use various freight providers for larger shipments but from our experience it is still our preference to use FedEx freight as our choice of freight providers.

PRICING
Due to the extreme care of the packaging of your shipment, LMI Global will bill a $20 Shipping and Handling fee for each box in a shipment. If the overall value of the item being shipped is less than $100 then the Shipping and Handling fee will be waived. Additionally, if the shipment is sturdy in nature (ie rack rails or other non-electronic or non-fragile items) then such Shipping and Handling fee will be waived. Having been in the business for quite some time, it is our experience that to provide you will the highest quality packaging will reduce chances that your shipment will arrive damaged; saving you time and money.

OUR GUARANTEE / WARRANTIES
LMI Global provides 30, 60, 90 day NO-DOA warranty on items. Some items are available for longer warranties. The warranty DOES NOT include covering items purchased that do no suit your particular application. At LMI Global, we try our best to find suitable solutions to fit your network. It is in the end your ultimate responsibility to be knowledgeable about what it is that you need and what it is that you want. In the event that an item is purchased that will not be used, LMI Global will charge a 25% 'RE-STOCKING' fee to take back such assets.

SUPPORT
LMI Global buys and sells both used and refurbished networking equipment in the retail and wholesale markets. LMI Global currently does not provide any technical support for the equipment that is being sold. LMI Global and its employees may assist customers in making various determinations as to what particular solution that may need or how to use particular items, but in doing so, does not represent itself to being an integrator.

LMI Global DOES sell various levels of support contracts (BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD) and training packages for various manufacturers as a means to provide our customers with top notch service.

What This Privacy Policy Covers
• This policy covers how LMI treats personal information that LMI collects and receives, including information related to your past use of LMI products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
